Tilman Hasche - th@pbl.net

Tilman Hasche, a shareholder of Parker, Bush and Lane, P.C., focuses his practice on family immigration, deportation / removal litigation, asylum, and complex admissibility issues. He also heads the firm's Global Immigration Practice Group. In 1994 Tilman received national recognition in the first-of-its-kind case of Matter of Oluloro, where he obtained a waiver of deportation for a client asserting that her daughters would be subjected to female genital mutilation if she were deported to her home country. A frequent speaker at CLE events and expert witness on immigration issues, he, himself, has been through the immigration process. Tilman immigrated to this country from Germany as a child and, long before he became a lawyer, handled the process for immigrating his wife, a native of Chile. Fluent in several languages, in a prior life Tilman worked overseas as a sales representative for a Fortune 500 heavy equipment manufacturer.
